Alicia Lundh
Alicia Lundh is one of Project Vita´s ambassadors. She studied Chemical Engineering at The Faculty of Engineering, LTH in Sweden focusing on pharmaceuticals. Through her volunteering in rural clinics in Zimbabwe and HIV program in Tanzania, her passion for global health grew. She did her master thesis in Stellenbosch University, South Africa with a technoeconomic analysis by investigating the feasibility of T7 enzyme production and scale up for mRNA vaccines in South Africa.
During her study time Alicia also did an exchange in Italy at Politechnico di Milano, a research project at RISE (Research Institute of Sweden) in Stockholm and internships at different pharmaceutical companies.
Alicia is currently living in Malmö, Sweden, and works for Capgemini Engineering as a Quality Consultant for Life Science. Currently, she is helping a client to build up a pharmaceutical laboratory and has supported an audit with Swedish Medical Products Agency. In addition, Alicia is a local ambassador for Capgemini Engineering´s network called Women In Engineering.
Alicia is someone who loves meeting new people and enjoys traveling, networking, and cooking. She finds happiness in connecting with others and values being both a mentor and a mentee. Alicia is keen on understanding problems locals face with their health in middle/low income countries, as well as finding solutions together. She wants to bring positive energy and joy when working together to make the world a better place one step at a time.
